Hello Students of Comm 41,

My name is Stephanie; I am a sophomore, and a Sports Nutrition major. I’ve lived in California my whole life, more specifically the East Bay. My favorite thing to do is baking: cupcakes mostly but I also like to make cookies, pies and brownies. It’s kind of ironic that I like to bake since I am I nutrition major, but I find it to be relaxing. As for my communication story, I have taken a public speaking class at SJSU and improved my communication skills very much in that class. For this class however, my goals are to further improve my skills and learn techniques that will allow me to feel more comfortable speaking in front of a large group. I would hope that this class would allow me to learn how to become a better decision maker and teach me how to make better decisions in my education, as well as everyday life; which is sort of implied by the name of this class.
